D-TEC has something for you!.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a Martial Art focusing on technique and leverage. Taking an opponent to ground allows the more skilled practitioner to dominate and neutralize a larger, stronger fighter.

Taking the Japanese Jiu-Jitsu brought to Brazil by Esai Maeda in the 1920s Carlos and Helio Gracie (left) developed the art into the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu we know today. Using leverage, timing and natural body movements the Gracie Family have demonstrated their styles effectiveness against martial artists and figthers of all types. From the original Gracie Challenge to the UFC and ADCC, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has proved itself over and over again.

" We are a small club with a BIG HEART. Having trained in martial arts for over 25 years the main things that put me off places were class sizes and atmosphere at D-TEC you will never be part of a HUGE class and will get the attention you are paying for!, You will also be made to feel welcome!. Starting anything new is a scary thing let alone a martial art! so the coaches and other students will always make you feel very welcome indeed! " Rich.
